Director of Dining Services Mark Wagner will conduct a Healthy Cooking Class for faculty and staff members on Thursday, Dec. 6, from 2-3 p.m. in the kitchen. The tentative menu will be salmon and veggies. Mark will show everyone how to prepare the meal, and then everyone will eat!

Spots are limited (up to 15 staff/faculty) so please RSVP by the end of the day on Dec. 4 at to reserve a spot.
