Mindful Nature Experience: Forest Bathing (with Rachael Lewinski)

Most widely practiced in Japan, where many retreat centers exist offering the practice, Shinrin Yoku or forest bathing is gaining traction for its incredible therapeutic benefits. Decreasing blood pressure, improving immunity, and diminishing symptoms of depression and anxiety are just a few of the effects that being mindful in a forest or among the trees can offer. Mindfully spend time in the Lakeland forest truly noticing, experiencing, and appreciating its full capacity for our mental health and well-being.
