Director of Dining Services Mark Wagner and Assistant Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef Joe Johnson will conduct a healthy cooking class for faculty and staff members on Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 2-3:30 p.m. in the kitchen. The menu will be roasted chicken breast with pan sauce, apple sweet potato hash and shaved Brussels sprouts.

Mark and Joe will show everyone how to prepare the meal, and then everyone will eat!

Spots are limited (up to 10 staff/faculty), so please RSVP by the end of day on Oct. 28 at to reserve a spot.
